Reiki is the foundation of my practice, and sessions naturally expand to include intuitive energy clearing, earth-connected grounding techniques, and vibrational sound with crystal bowls. I work hands-on, following your body’s cues to gently move stagnant or stored energy and support release where it’s needed most.

Sound healing is woven throughout the session to help your system settle, integrate, and restore balance. The vibration of the bowls supports deep relaxation and helps the body receive the energy work more fully.

This work is gentle yet powerful, supportive during times of stress, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, or when you’re feeling disconnected from your body or inner clarity.

Clean the Rainbow is a guided, meditation-led energy clearing that creates space for awareness, release, and energetic recalibration.

Each session begins with a guided meditation to support grounding and nervous system settling. From there, Reiki and intuitive energy field clearing are offered, following what is present and available in the moment.

Vibrational sound is woven throughout the session to support integration and regulation, allowing the body and energy system to respond naturally at their own pace.

This offering is well suited for those seeking a structured, inward-focused session rooted in meditation, presence, and energetic awareness.

Ongoing • Grounded • Energy Support

This six-month series includes one 90-minute Integrative Energy Session per month, offering ongoing, paced support over time.

Working together consistently allows space for awareness, integration, and relationship with your energy to develop naturally. Sessions build from month to month, guided by what’s present rather than a predetermined plan.

This series is designed to support continuity and integration over time.

• One session per month for six months

Animals are deeply intuitive and respond best when they are met with patience, respect, and choice. My work with animals is gentle, non-invasive, and always guided by the animal themselves.

I allow each animal to lead the session, moving slowly and observing their cues. I work only where and how they are receptive, always honoring the animal’s comfort and consent.

Sessions may include hands-on or near-body Reiki, intuitive energy clearing, and grounding support, depending on what the animal allows and needs in the moment. Some animals prefer stillness, others movement or distance, and the work adapts accordingly.

I have experience working with a variety of animals, including dogs, cats, horses, and farm animals, and I approach each session with calm presence and respect for the animal’s unique temperament and environment.

In some cases, sessions can support multiple animals within the same household or environment, guided by the animals’ needs and the available session time.

Animal Energy Work can be supportive during:

Sessions are offered in-person and are designed to support the animal within their familiar environment.
